An introduction to using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help us respond more positively and effectively to common work situations, including techniques to manage worry.

The aim of the session is to introduce some practical ways that employees can use CBT as a self-help tool to increase wellbeing.

During the session we will have opportunity to explore:

  • How we can reduce stress and change the outcome of a situation by changing our response
  • Identifying and combatting our automatic negative thoughts and managing worry
  • How we can introduce more self-compassion and self-care into our lives
