Never feel like you are alone. If you care for a partner, relative, or friend who is experiencing emotional distress or has a mental health diagnosis or autism, why not come along to the Stockport Mind Carers Drop In?

Sometimes meeting others in a similar situation means that you are able to off load and meet other carers who can understand exactly what you are going through. Our friendly group gives you an opportunity to meet other mental health carers, share knowledge and experience in a confidential and safe place.

Our group is held on the third Wednesday of the month from 10am-12pm at St Matthews’s Church House, 99 Chatham Street, Edgeley, SK3 9EG.

For more information and to sign up, please get in touch via 0161 475 6229, or [email protected]
