Supporting Employees Post Covid

We have set up a new training service to sell to corporate companies who need mental health support for their employees. We currently offer the following training workshops:

· Mental Health Awareness 

· Supporting Mental Health – A Managers Guide 

· Mental Health First Aid Training

· Supporting the mental wellbeing of employees in a post covid world – a course for managers (details on this page)

· Stress Management

Training can be delivered virtually, at the company’s office, or at our SDM training room. All training can be adapted to a webinar if requested. 

Training 4 – Supporting the mental wellbeing of employees in a post covid world – A course for managers

Duration: 3 hours

Cost: £600 (£200 per hour)

Content

Although many people are looking forward to life starting to get back to normal, for most people there is a certain level of anxiety involved that can impact on their mental wellbeing.

This course will give anyone who manages staff an opportunity to explore:

· Some of the issues staff may face and how it can affect their mental wellbeing

· How to have effective mental wellbeing conversations with the staff they manage

· Practical ways of supporting the mental wellbeing of the staff team

· Reflection on the past year and discussion
