Make a Donation
It’s easy to make a donation to help us keep running our life-changing services.
Feel free to use the below options to donate. Every pound truly makes a difference, so we are thankful for anything you can spare.
You can visit our JustGiving page here.
Virgin Money Giving
You can also donate to us on Virgin Money Giving. You can access our page here.
Text a donation
You can text a donation to us. Simply send ‘STOCKPORTMIND’ and then your amount (up to £20) to 70085 now.
So to make a £10 donation, it would be ‘STOCKPORT 10’ to 70085.
Send us a cheque
You can post a cheque to us at Stockport Mind, Dove House, 65 Union Street, Stockport, SK1 3NP. This must be specifically made out to ‘Stockport and District Mind’ for us to be able to pay it in.
Give As You Live
If you’re shopping online, you can raise donations for us at no extra cost to you, if you go through Give As You Live. Check out our explanation of how this works here, which also links you through to setting up an account with them.

Savoo is also a great source of internet voucher codes, so you can get what you’re searching for even cheaper. It also donates to Stockport Mind every time you use one of its voucher codes. So for a great bargain with the likes of Debenhams, Marks & Spencer or Argos – and a simple way to easily raise money for us – search, save and raise today with Savoo.
If you’re shopping on Amazon, you can do this through Amazon Smile, which will allow you to select us as your charity, and then they will donate 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to us as your selected organisation. To sign up, you can head over to this page and then select ‘Stockport and District Mind’ when you are choosing your charity.
Alternatively, if you would like to do some specific fundraising for us, you can check out this page which relates to that, or send us an email with your name and address to email@example.com and we can discuss what your fundraising plans are and how we can support them.
It is worth us pointing out that we are affiliated to Mind nationally, which means that we are financially independent from them. So in a fundraising sense, this distinction is important to realise in that online fundraising pages must be set up for ‘Stockport Mind’ specifically for the funds raised to support our local, frontline mental health services. Likewise, cheques must be made out specifically to us.
If you choose ‘Mind’ online or send them a cheque, funds raised will support their national researching and campaigning work around mental health.
