Comment: Recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. Membership is open to anyone irrespective of age, sex, religion, race, creed or class and the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using drugs. Phone or check website for details of local meetings.

Comment: People can self refer or relevant agencies can refer on the young person’s behalf. Services for anyone under the age of 25 who want information and advice about drugs / alcohol or need help with a drug / alcohol related problem. Also offers services to parents and carers and children who are affected by substance misuse.

Comment: Information, advice and support to drug-users, friends, relatives & families. Lifeline aims to minimise the harm that young people may come to whilst they are experimenting with drugs or using them recreationally.

Comment: Counselling and support for people experiencing problems with their drug use. Support and advice for parents, partners and friends of drug users. Referrals and assessment for residential and day care. Needle exchange scheme based on the premises and open as above. Also able to offer treatment and prescribing clinics for drug users.
