Comment: Provide support on a one-to-one basis or for small groups of adults who have expressed an interest in doing an activity together. People can use their time to develop personal interests and hobbies and trips are also organised. People also use support to pursue employment opportunities including voluntary work, paid work and to set up and run their own business.

For people over 18 years old who have or are recovering from mental health problems. A mental health community arts project with a wide range of activities to suit all levels of interest including crafts, painting techniques, mural, and creative writing, music and more. Regular exhibitions and performances. Phone for timetable as activities change over time. No time limit on membership. Members encouraged to take a proactive role in the development of the project.
