This Mental Health Awareness Week, we have pulled together a blog post for the One Stockport website. It’s around how the Five Ways to Wellbeing tie into our work and projects, and you can read it here.
Because this year’s national theme is ‘Connect with Nature’, you can get involved in celebrating the nature in our lives by sharing images, videos or sound recordings of the nature on your doorstep – and how this made you feel – in conjunction with One Stockport and Stockport Council. There is a Stockport-specific hashtag for this, so please feel free to use #MindfulMaySK if you are uploading posts.
