The Captain Tom 100 is a fundraising challenge that anyone can get involved in.
Inspired by Captain Sir Tom Moore’s completion of 100 laps of his garden, which raised more than £38 million for the NHS in 2020, this event has been scheduled to start on what would have been his 101st birthday, Friday 30 April.
Whether it’s 100 laps, 100 jokes, 100 lengths or 100 songs, the idea is that Captain Tom’s legacy will inspire you to “do it your way” and dream up a fundraising challenge to suit you.
To support Stockport Mind, you can sign up for the Captain Tom 100 via either:

This celebration of his life and legacy, by people across the country supporting charities, will continue through his birthday weekend, to Monday 3 May.
We would be delighted if you choose Stockport Mind as your charity. All vital funds raised will support our local mental health services, and we look forward to hearing about your challenges and how you get on.
