Although Christmas is a time of celebration for many, for some of us it can be a difficult time of year.
Bereavement, debt, money issues, family circumstances and loneliness can weigh particularly heavy on our mental health during the festive period.
This year we are going to close for Christmas, so our phones will be off and we won’t be available at the office from midday on Tuesday 24 December, until we reopen with full service on Thursday 2 January 2020.
Below we have listed some places that you can contact if you need support or someone to talk to during a time of year when some services will be closed, as well as information on the availability of other Stockport organisations.
