Therapeutic Services (Counselling/CBT/1:1 Mindfulness)

We are currently offering a range of paid therapeutic services. You can choose from Counselling (face to face and telephone), CBT and mindfulness:


A confidential service offering individuals face-to-face or telephone support with professionally trained and qualified counsellors. We offer counselling for a range of issues, whether personal or work-related.


A confidential 1:1 service working with a qualified counsellor, using CBT and facilitated self-help techniques to work on personal or work-related issues.

1:1 Mindfulness

Working 1:1 with a mindfulness practitioner, you will be introduced to a number of different mindfulness practices that can help increase psychological and emotional resilience and decrease stress. Many recent scientific studies show that mindfulness changes the brain in a positive way so we are better able to cope with the difficulties that life can bring and feel happier and more connected.

Services for organisations

We can offer a package of support to your staff including any of the above options, as well as 1:1 or group supervision for your staff or volunteers. Please enquire for further details and pricing.

These services are delivered in partnership with Tameside, Oldham and Glossop (TOG) Mind. All income goes back into the organisations for their charitable purposes. 

Services are available both in Stockport and Tameside to suit you, and evening/weekend sessions can be available.
