Leisure Links- Outreach

What is the "Leisure Links" scheme?

The opportunity to:
  • Get out more
  • Meet people
  • Go places
  • Try a new hobby
  • Make new friends

Activities include:

  • Social Drop-ins
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Daytrips
  • Concerts and Theatres
  • Visits to places of interest …and much more

Our aim is to run activities to suit a variety of interests. Suggestions of places to go and things to do are always welcome. If you are feeling: depressed, anxious, lonely or experience any level of mental distress, you may benefit from joining MIND’s Leisure Links/Outreach programme.

Activities at affordable prices with a warm welcome and good company.

How can I join the scheme?

This programme is for anyone between 18-65 years, who has any kind of mental health problem or mental distress. You can be referred by a GP, Social Worker, CPN, Support Worker,
other professional or yourself.
