Living with mental distress can be an extremely overwhelming and
isolating experience. One common problem that service users and
family members face is knowing where to go to find information.
Stockport Mind's Information Service provides a wide range of information
on local services, medication, treatments, complimentary therapies,
your rights and much more-and if we haven' t got the information,
we will do our best to find it for you!
Who
can access the service?
Information is available for everyone: service users, carers,
friends, family and professionals.
You can
drop in and pick up leaflets, books, etc or email or phone to request
information from us anytime between 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday
and 9.00am - 4.30pm Friday.
You may also use the Internet from our office to access health care
information - beginners welcome!
Just phone us
