Stockport Mental Health Helpline

 
Information and support seven nights a week.

The service is intended for you if you have ever used mental health services, have mental health needs, care for someone with mental health needs, are a concerned relative or friend and live in the Stockport area.

Monday-Sunday 7.00pm-12.00 midnight

How can we help?

Helpline workers are able to:

  • Listen to any concerns or worries you may have
  • Offer emotional support
  • Provide information on mental health
  • Empower callers by helping them to explore options, so they can make own choices
