Survey on suicide – Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership/Combined Authority

To help The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership and Greater Manchester Combined Authority understand what the region thinks about suicide, and therefore how to develop a campaign to encourage people to talk about it, a short survey has been created.

Here is their wording, which explains a little more about the survey:

We would like to talk to you about suicide.

We realise this is a difficult topic and there is no obligation to take part. The thoughts you share through this quick survey will help us design communications to hopefully encourage more people to talk about suicide. Your responses will be treated confidentially and anonymously. If at any point you don’t feel you can continue, we understand – you do not have to answer any questions that you do not want to. If you feel you would like to speak with someone at any time, please contact Samaritans 24 hours a day on 116 123, www.samaritans.org.

Please follow this link to complete the survey: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/85S1Q/

The closing date is Monday 11th March.
