We are looking for a strategic thinker with vision who can build a future for our burgeoning partnership, enabling us to work more closely together, share costs, develop GM-wide services, bid for tenders, promote GM Minds at strategic levels and ensure that this work is viable beyond the initial 12-months funding. A challenging role but one which could improve access to our unique and wide ranging portfolio of services aimed at promoting good mental health and challenging stigma and discrimination.

You will need excellent communications skills the ability to develop and drive partnership working and a strategic understanding of the ever changing environment brought about by Greater Manchester Devolution.

You won’t be alone in this work as you will have the full support of National Mind and all 5 Local Minds – Manchester Mind, Mind in Salford, Stockport and District Mind, Rochdale and District Mind and Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind. You would be employed directly by Manchester Mind but expected to spend time with all the GM local minds during the course of this work.
