This week is Random Acts of Kindness Week.
The Five Ways to Wellbeing, which promote positive mental health, are to Give, Connect, Take Notice, Be Active and Learn. A Random Act of Kindness could tick all these boxes – for example, by giving to someone, you would be taking notice of them and connecting with them. Giving would also be an active choice and you might learn something from the exchange as well!
