Following last week’s EU referendum and the big political changes that have been happening since, it can feel like an uncertain time for many of us – regardless of how you voted.
We wanted to let you know that whatever happens, Mind will continue to provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
In the next few weeks and months we’ll work hard to find out what any changes might mean for people with mental health problems, and share key updates with you.
Now more than ever, we will continue to campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. We hope you will continue to campaign with us too.
If you feel you need to speak to someone, you can call Mind’s Infoline for information and advice on where to find local support (0300 123 3393 – Open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday), or the Samaritans (116 123 – Open 24 hours a day).
Thanks again for your support,
